Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-20
VOID.INIT ("we", "the game") is a location-based mobile game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect only what the game needs to work and to save your progress.
What we collect
- Location (approximate and precise). Used to place the game world around you and follow your movement during play. It is processed to run the game; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- Account information. A sign-in identifier (e.g. email) and a display name, so your progress is tied to you across sessions.
- Gameplay data. Your in-game progress — energy, level, inventory, skills, and recent play positions — stored on our servers so you can continue where you left off.
- Diagnostics & analytics. Basic, aggregated usage and crash/performance data to improve the game.
How it is used
To run gameplay (spawn the world, follow your position, award energy), save and sync your progress, keep accounts secure, and improve the game. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to our backend (api.void-init.me) and stored on access-controlled servers. Location is used in real time for gameplay and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, and where required by law. Other players may see your public display name and your contribution to the shared world — never your precise home location.
Your choices & data deletion
You can revoke location permission in your device settings (the game will not function without it). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
Children
VOID.INIT is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
